Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PrepMitra. We want to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our users.

1. Digital Goods and Subscriptions

PrepMitra provides digital services, including access to educational quizzes, leaderboards, and study materials. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services, all sales are considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a purchase or subscription is made and the digital content/premium features are unlocked on your account, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Please review the app features and any free content available before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments)

Refunds will ONLY be processed under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Payment Failure: If money was deducted from your bank account, but the premium features were not unlocked in the PrepMitra app.

4. Processing of Exceptional Refunds

If you face a duplicate payment or technical error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Please email us at support@prepmitra.online with your Order ID, Phone Number, and Proof of Payment.
  • Once verified, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
  • Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time. However, canceling your account will not automatically refund any previous payments made for digital goods or subscriptions.
